The Imperial Fighting Challenge (IFC) started in Chicagoland in 2012 as a strictly Kickboxing and Muay Thai sports entertainment organization.  IFC’s mission is to help promote and popularize the return of Kickboxing and Muay Thai after a long absence in the market.

With the advent of new and returning international kickboxing organizations on the rise, IFC is on the leading edge of the sport’s comeback in the Chicagoland area.

Founded by Mark Imperial, a WIND radio personality, and Co -Founded by Nat Jones both lifelong martial arts practitioners, IFC promotes amateur kickboxing events in the Chicagoland area with a focus on helping connect local fighters and their gyms with the community.

IFC advocates sportsmanship, talent, and athleticism.  IFC looks for competitors that exemplify skill and are an ambassador for the sport, with a zero-tolerance policy for bullies and un-sportsmanlike conduct.
